Thrive Gathering 2024: The Journey
Each year, Arise Single Moms hosts a weekend long conference called Thrive Gathering, an event dedicated to encouraging and equipping single mothers. Each year is built around a unique theme, with a fully developed visual identity reinforcing the conference's core message. For Thrive 2024, that theme was "The Journey,” a celebration of the different roads each single parent travels and the resilience it takes to keep moving forward.

The visual identity centers on a custom map graphic rendered in low-contrast, tonal values, designed to function as a layered background element. The map traces multiple converging paths leading to the heart of Oklahoma, where Thrive is hosted each year, a subtle nod to the idea that attendees are arriving from different places, both literally and figuratively.

Print Design
Complementing the map, we developed a series of stamp graphics inspired by the aesthetic of vintage postcards. Taken together, the system works as a cohesive visual metaphor: a roadmap anchoring the broader experience, with postcards representing the individual and deeply personal path each single mother has walked to get there.
